IKAN SINGGANG TERENGGANU

lauk singgang

Bahan-Bahannya

3 keping  ikan Tongkol Hitam/Tenggiri

3 keping asam keping

2 ulas bawang putih

1 labu bawang besar

1  inci kunyit

1 inci lengkuas

4 biji cili padi kampung

4 biji bendi

1 litter air

garam secukup rasa

Cara-caranya

Masukkan 3 keping ikan tongkol hitam/tenggiri kedalam satu litter air bersama-sama asam keping, lengkuas, kunyit, bawang putih dan bawang besar.

Selepas mendidih masukkan bendi dan garam secukup rasa. Selepas 2 minit boleh dihidang
